Acrylic paint on polycarbonate sheet
The large-scale wall installation is composed of 108 individually painted acrylic sheets, mounted on a custom wood framing system. The repetition of curved volumes and highly reflective surfaces creates a sculptural presence that bridges painting and object.
This approach echoes the tradition of haut-relief (high relief). By transposing this logic into a contemporary language, the work becomes a three-dimensional pictorial object. Abstract and immersive, this piece reject narrative in favor of a direct visual experience, where the viewer’s gaze moves freely through depth, gloss, and texture.
